ENVIRONMENTAL CONSTRUCTION AND REMEDIATION BP Amoco Mandan Refinery Geo-Con installed an interceptor trench at an active BP Amoco refinery in Mandan, North Dakota. Specific components of the scope of work included: Site preparation and restoration activities ~14,000 sf of BP collection trench 3.5 feet wide backfilled with washed pea rock With 2 - 16 inch diameter sumps and a 4" HDPE slotted horizontal pipe with 2 cleanouts 8 PVC wells for monitoring and development Up to 35 feet deep Installation of electrical conduit, forcemain piping, protective bollards and 2 manholes
