WETLANDS CONSTRUCTION Harrier Meadows Wetlands Mitigation Site Over 40 acres of wetlands were enhanced by mechanically excavating more than 2,000 linear feet of tidal channels and 20 acres of newly created low and high marsh. 65,000 cubic yards of excavated spoils were used onsite to create upland habitat.
